In order to teach Pokemon Egg moves, you will need to unlock the Egg Move Tutor which is inside of the Daycare Centers which are located in the following locations: Route 5, Kanto Route 34, Johto Route 117, Hoenn Solaceon Town, Sinnoh Four Island, Sevii Islands To unlock the Daycare Centers, you will need to defeat Naero in Cerulean Cave B1F.
