Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience of it taking a while to find a Ditto. I am pleased to inform you that ditto is indeed catchable during the Morning, Daytime, and Nighttime hours. It also has a "Rare" rarity which means it can sometimes take a while to find one. If you would like to see a list of spawns for Ditto, along with their rarity and other information, you could make use of the Reborn Discord bot from the Official PRO Discord by using the /spawns command. For your convenience, I have included that list for you below:
