I would like if devs could ban one of my alt accounts in order for me to make a new account and play since i have 4 accounts already

Hello there! Unfortunately, we cannot delete your account in the hopes that you can create a new one. If this were allowed, you would basically be able to create infinite new accounts which effectively is the same as resetting your account, which is not a service that we typically offer. 

I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope this information was helpful to you, nonetheless.
