Can anyone from  staff members help me out finding the soothe bell in jhoto region ?

Hello there! The Soothe Bell can be held by wild Pokemon in many different places. Specifically, for the Johto Region, Hoothoot on Route 38 will have a slight chance to hold one which you can take from them in battle by using the Thief TM or the Covet TM.

 

If you ever want information on Pokemon that could hold a specific item, I recommend joining the Official PRO Discord, and using the Reborn Bot by using the ^item command. For your convenience, I have included the output of the "^item Soothe Bell" command below:

Additionally, there is a hidden Soothe Bell in the National Park in Johto on the large bush directly west from Pokéfan William in the northern part.
