Hi Team, 

 

I try to evolve my female burmy to Wormadam-Sandy. When I level up my burmy inside cave it was getting evolved in grass form. Can you let us know how to evolve it in to Wormadam-Sandy form.

After having looked into it, I can indeed confirm that unfortunately, it is currently only possible to get Wormadam's Plant form. Developpers are aware of this issue and we can only remain patient until a potential fix in the future that'd allow us to get the other two forms.
