maybe that's an easter egg given that Mew wasn't obtainable in the original games. That's could also explain why it's Pokedex Number Entry is higher than Mew Two.

@Kimbonairod dont know if your problem was already solved or not. But wanted to let you know that you cannot catch mewtwo and this means it is not possible to get caught data of mewtwo now... it was possible back then maybe until 2019 but they removed the caught data of all unobtainable legendaries. Only data you can get now is the seen data(dex entry) of unobtainable(non-catchable) legendaries. 

Since you have been playing since 2018, the caught data shown for your mewtwo is a visual mistake. 

You can therefore catch all the kanto native Gen I pokemons except Mewtwo. So total Kanto Native Pokemon Caught data will be 150 not 151 and since you havent caught articuno its 1 pokemon data less(149 out of 150)

@Kimbonairod  if you see someone has caught data of mewtwo then you shod know that either it is just a visual bug on the pokedex data of players that started before 2019 and had caught data of mewtwo back then or that mewtwo is a 'staff exclusive pokemon'.

You can obtain Mewtwo caught data in PRO by defeating it in Cerulean Cave, but you can't catch it.
