Maybe that will fix your missing entry or learn what you could be missing. I found that info on the Legendary Megathread. According to your screenshot you fulfill the caught data requirements, do you also have the 335+ evolution requirements? You would also need 100x Ice Gems, 140+ IVs Smoochum with your OT .
