You need to understand that due to safety measures, only a few members of the Staff Team can handle 2FA Requests. I understand the frustration, but this is the best way to keep your personnal informations safe.

I remind you that PRO Staff Members are volunteers and chose to dedicate some of their time to make PRO better every day.

Sending private messages to Staff Members won't have any effect as all personnal messages are ignored.
