Hey there, Forseti.

 

In order to send someone a Private Message:

 

1.Click the user's name

2.Click either "Reply in PM" or... "Go to profile" and then click "Send Private Message"

 

As long as you have 2 forum posts (which you have), you should be able to send Private Messages on the forums.

 

Is this not working for you?
