I'm finish the kanto and johto league and E4 of two leagues too, but the guard in front of cerulean cave do not disappear, i'm have one pokemon lv100 in my party but another peoples speak to me it could be that, but when i talk to the guard he speaks this "this place not kind for a kid like you", and don't desappear of the front of cave and restrict my passage. i guess my account bugged, GM's and ADM's help me.
