What have you already tried to solve the problem?

we tried waiting for hours to see if we will receive a email but haven't gotten one, and also tried making another account and using a different email but both of the email account did not receive the email :(

I was trying to help my sister get into PRO but when she tried to verify her account, no email for verification has been delivered.

He account name was "Manar", she also uses a mac , please help :(

Hello Anwor,

 

many E-Mail providers don't recieve the E-Mail Verification. Try using gmail or hotmail. With these two it will work definitely :-)

ive tried it with gmail for the other account but sadly it still hasnt been receiving emails for verification :(

You will need make sure all things

1) You checked your spam folder? If you didn't, check that folder

2) Is your email provider a bit well known like Gmail, Hotmail or etc? Try probably making a new account with providers named as Gmail.

 

Sometimes, you will need wait for around 15min before can get email, and if you make gmail but still not get email confirm. You maybe want to wait and make other account for confirm mail, per email can make 2 account. Hope it can help you.

ive made the account on Wednesday i believe and still have not received an email for verification and also made another account that used gmail and still have not received it as well on the email, ive also checked all the folders :( is there a way that the account can get activated without the email because im not getting any ; - ; :Cry:
