Power items are the items that help train Evs faster than with macho brace, but for specific evs instead than just any of the evs available I don't think this was actually suggested, it would make ev training much easier, which might or might not be a good thing.

 

Example of power item:

All power items give 4 Evs of the specified item used to train.

Yeah, I would like to see the Power Items ingame. Maybe as boss rewards or coin shop items to not make them so common.
