Hey, I have started playing again after a couple years and remember already having started Sinnoh but can't travel there since the Alakazam isn't there, though when I talk to Paul he wants me to go the Cerulean Cave to help him (which is a whole other problem since that requires me to have caught 240 pokemon and buy a dragon medallion for 200k so I can face lance to unlock Cerulean Cave) instead of giving me the new Sinnoh quest. Does anyone know what to do or how to fix it?

Try to go in the first city where you picked your starter maybe you already trigger quest many years ago

Do you have 6 pokemon level 80 in your team ? This dialogue dont ask you to get access to Cerulean Cave thankfully but it is a tip saying you can train your pokemon at Cerulean Cave (which you dont need to get access to train your pokemon since Mt.Silver is good)

Yeah, I also had 6 Pokemon in my team. I did lend a couple of them since last time I played I lended a bunch of mine to a friend and lost them since the actual lend feature wasn't a thing yet. Do I just have to level up a bunch of Pokemon for it?

Are you on the updated server? If so, I would just create another account if the staff can't assist you. I know it would probably suck to have to start over but the community here is very helpful so I doubt you will have a problem. Just trade over everything to the new account when you get to hoenn.
