[Windows] Unable to load the game

Hello, i'm unable to load my game. I'll give you as much infos as i can/remember

Last time i was able to open the game was tuesday.

From tuesday to today i didn't try to open the game.

Some windows updates were auto-installed in these days.

Today i tried to open the game for the auto patch ---> White screen

I downloaded again from site (Direct Download) and copied in the old directory: ---> White screen

Deleted everything and downloaded from an other link (MEGA) ---> White screen

Tried to fix with prompt comands: ----> White Screen

Unistalled windows updates i was able to unistall (Unluckily, not every WU installed in these days) ----> White screen

I simply cannot open my game. The only hint i have is that NVIDIA GeForce Experience Panel gives me the same problem (Black Screen) ... That one was solver installing a Beta version that bypassed the problem, i tried to re install last Driver but didn't solve. SO i have to give up at the moment. ANy suggestion?

I am really sorry to see you facing this issue.

 

Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge the fact that you have taken great steps in order to troubleshoot this.

 

I had previously forwarded this to our Developers. According to them, it looks like you are supposed to be unable to launch any application involving graphics acceleration at all and assuming the Beta Nvidia GeForce Experience app is able to detect if acceleration is available and run the application anyway which is probably why it works on your system. They're fairly sure that it is unrelated to the game itself. It may just be unlikely but we wouldn't totally rule out the possibility of a hardware failure of some sort.

 

Now to go about the general procedure of troubleshooting when it comes to Unity:

Here we showed you how to change the API system to render the graphics on the game from DirectX 11 to OpenGL, using the -force-glcore argument in Target clause of the shortcut of the Client executable. This is something you can try and see if it helps.

 

You can find other arguments to check and troubleshoot in the Unity manual, which is the game engine that PRO runs on. 

 

Let me know if there are any further updates on this.

Hello @Fusionflair, first of all, thank you very much for the time you dedicated to answer me. I solved doing: 

check if the graphic was working properly with the hp native tool. Resetting BIOS settings. Dunno which one worked but now i am able to play again. You can lock the thread, have a nice day
