Sorry to bother you, I had some trouble with the Darkrai capture quest while fighting the nightingale. I lost connection while fighting the npc, so I woke up and got kicked out of the castle. Now I want to redo the quest but I can't. Is there any way I can redo the Darkrai capture quest?

You have to fight the NPC at Dark Valley (top of Necropolis) with a Halloween Rapidash 

Only requirement is : you must lose 0 pokemon during the fight

As @Mysticwind kindly explained, you will have to go back and fight Nightingale in the Dark Valley. During the fight, you must make sure to not have any of your Pokémon faint in order to proceed.
