Since we can only catch Legendary like: Mew and Celebi once per account it kind of stressful when u got a very trash IV and bad nature legendary. It leave them useless, while other lucky people got an very epic legendary and make full use of them on competitive scene, it kind of unbalance. You might think 'why don't you just make another account so u can catch another legendary' well this is a bad idea since it will waste so much time, and there is no guarantee that you will get an epic legendary after spend so much time. So, i have an idea about an item or NPC that can reset your legendaries IV randomly while you can chose which nature goes with it. This item or NPC will cost over 500k per attempt. It will make those useless legendaries have their chance to shine, and it will be very good money sink. PRO legends system is almost the same as encountering legendaries at GBA/Nintendo 3DS games - there is no "balance", all you need is luck. First we start with legendaries, then people will say - "we need equal chance to meet shiny! one per week!", next - "we need equal ivs, one 6x31 per week"! And so on, and so on.... it's MMO. I stated "an item or NPC that can reset your legendaries IV randomly while you can chose which nature goes with it." it just gave people another chance to get a good legendary but it cost a high amount of money. Also, There is a big differences between legendary and shiny, you can obtain shiny by grinding just need efforts and patience BUT you cant get another legendary with the same method.
