I payed $5000 to get to the safari zone, and then the server went down and I got kicked out the safari zone losing my $5000

I payed $5000 to get to the safari zone, and then the server went down and I got kicked out the safari zone losing my $5000 is there any way of refunding this?

UPDATE: I just went in again but this time my game crashed and I got kicked out so far $10000 on the safari zone for nothing :Cry:

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.
