Unable to speak to the NPC with name "Item Maniac" and "Andrew" in goldenrod underground. Tried relog /ref /refresh restart client too still not working.

true..someone told me,in game, that they removed that vendor ..but they should remove the other vendor too,the one near the Item Maniac..i wasted 5k on him

Why would they remove the script of talking with him and selling stuff but not the whole guy? Kinda undone work for me then.

 

Can a mod reply to this? Because now I still can't talk to them. And I don't now if it's on purpose or not...
