If the reward do somehow act as an incentive for some to work harder, I don't think it's that much of a big deal, as long as they contribute to the game well. Everyone is welcome to argue, not players only, staff can defend themselves. Correct, but let them do it on their staffaccount instead of let it seem that they are a normal player.

I know a lot of people who would be staff for the sake of the community, and if that Pokemon does play part for some people to become staff or not, please just don't apply for staff or leave staff, since you are a shame for the community itself. And if there aren't staffs rn in the team that only do it for a 'better community', get new staffs lol. This is also one of the reasons why the rewards for being staff weren't public back in the day, since it shouldn't matter.

Staffwork is done as a volunteer, it's not done for a payment.

I love how some staffs are responding with their playeraccount, seems fair :y:

Motivation for staff? Well, maybe trying to help the game and the community lol, or you would only join for that reward? And as stated, it's not about whether or not you can counter the pokes which were given as staff reward, so if you come up with that, reread :Heart:

Read the post, then response, as stated this brings an unfair adventage into the game, it's not about whether PRO staff suck at using that adventage, it's about whether they should have it or not.
