Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue.

Would it be possible maybe that you had already started the quest previously? Technically, after Paul sends you to Littleroot Town, you have to fight your way to Oldale Town. From there, you must fight the Grunt that is towards the west of the town and once you defeat him, the final boss Charon should be in Route 103 above Oldale Town. More details here.

Kindly try to go through the steps detailled above to see if again maybe the quest had been started previously. If after trying you do not get any result, kindly come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance.
