15 mins rule only extends the auction timer if theres bids within the last 15mins. If no bids were made in that last remaining 15 mins and reach 0 min then any further bids are invalid. Your 450k bid was 7 hours ago while the 31/26 charmander ended around 12 to 13 hours ago

 

I was asleep while 26/30 charmander and ada bagon ended. The 400k charmander 31/26, you started the auction at 9:42 AM (my time) on saturday and ended my morning today while i was at work.

 

The question from Ematex, I responded to was that I was out for work so I'm not available at the time to make the trades.
