Could I kindly ask you to give more details on what your particular issue is, please?

 

From what you have written, I am lead to believe that either maybe you don't know or have forgotten which Gardevoir was the one you used initially for the quest, or maybe you cannot progress further because Wally is asking you to show him a Gardevoir. That particular Gardevoir must be the Ralts with 110 IVs+ fully trained that you show the Farmer Wood NPC. Just in case, here's a link to a useful guide that might help clear some doubts.
