Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue.

Many thanks to @Mysticwind for pointing out the solution. Indeed, Servers were changed a while ago and so players need to go to the Dashboard to recover their character(s) from previous Servers.

With your last reply, I will assume you managed to sucessfully recover your character(s) and will lock this topic for now. Do not hesitate to come back and ask again if you have any problems/questions in the future. Good luck in your adventures!
