What have you done before the problem was there?

I bought the Membership Item for 100c, a popup-window said "you cant buy this item". I looked in my bag: nothing and my Coins are also gone. I tried this before one time but after a relog i got my coins back, but not this time.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I logged out and logged in again, nothing.
