4cc disappeared

here is the thing, we guild hlw competition , i won 4cc ,

but leeluckya here silver , so contest award give leeluckya other account (Tutuya),  (Tutuya) mail have 4 cc , but now 4cc disappeared, 

i am not sure if it was because i deleted the email that they were deleted.

You have my apologies for this unfortunate situation. Indeed, when a mail is deleted without having retrieved it's content, it also deletes the items with it. I believe that is unfortunately what happened here. In the future, I would recommend you to immediately retrieve items when opening a mail should there be any inside.
