Hello,

I've been off for months and I wanted to check back in the game again but it seems that I'm unable to sign in. Same thing happens with my other two accounts. Below is the error messages that just keeps on showing forever.

I hope someone could help. Thanks!

3 weeks and still no response?

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. You have my apologies for the delay of response.

From what I can gather, it seems that either you tried to connect at a time when the server(s) were down (as the "failed to connect to proxy" error in alot of cases is synonym of the server(s) being down, maybe you are using a VPN which somewhat could be interfering with connecting to the PRO Client, it could also maybe be related to your firewall settings or maybe it could be another issue related to your Internet connection.

Here are the steps for what I would recommend you do:

- Make sure your version of the PRO Client is up to date (if it wasn't, you would get the message "This version of PRO is outdated" when trying to log in, but just in case).

- If you are using a VPN, please try turning it off to see if it allows you to connect to PRO.

- Make sure PRO is allowed to pass through your firewall on your system.

- If all the above solutions weren't helpful, try resetting your Internet connection to see if it somewhat fixes the issue.

Please try all of the above solutions to see if one of them will help you fix your issue. If it's all without sucess, come back and mention it here so we can try and proceed with further assistance.

Looking forward hearing back from you,

- Kubrick
