i have speak with mr stone and the man in the shipyard but i cant pass throught poochenya and numel door…

i have devon goods too

 

iforgot to said that the museum its still close by a guardian telling me that is close because is under an investigation

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue.

So in order to proceed further, you will need to deliver the Devon Goods to Devon himself. He's in the Museum in Slateport City that is currently blocked. I believe you have done it already but just in case, first things first before even going to Slateport City, you must go back to the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City and speak with Mr. Stone on the top floor. Afterwards, in Slateport City, you must go inside the Shipyard which is East of the market area. Inside, you must speak with the same NPC you showed in your screenshot (the old man with the brown outfit) and he is the one who will unlock the Museum for you. From there, you must go inside, go to the second floor and speak with Devon to proceed further.

I would kindly ask you to read thoroughly and make sure you went all through the steps as described. If after making sure you did absolutely everything you still cannot proceed, I'll ask you to come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance.
