Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue.

Going by your description, if this happened on a computer, I believe the issue could be that maybe something was either physically interfering with the keyboard inputs or some other open program on your computer was causing some keys to not function properly. If you click on a Chatbox and it unselects it after a second or two, I have to assume some other input was activated somehow thus causing to unselect the Chatbox. If this happened on Mobile, it could maybe be some bug caused by another app opened or the system in general.

What I would recommend you do is: 

1. If this was on computer, restart your computer. Once it boots back up, before launching PRO, make sure no other program you don't need/use is opened. Make sure nothing is interfering with the physical keys on your keyboard, such as the Arrow keys being somewhat pressed, the Alt/Ctrl keys or any other key. If it's on Mobile, I would ask you to do the same and restart your device after closing all apps. Make sure your device is up to date with all it's updates.

2. If after doing this the issue still persists on computer,  I would kindly ask you to delete all your PRO files and re-download the game here. If it's on Mobile, please do the same.

If after going these steps you still experience the same issue, I would ask you to come back and mention it here with, if possible, some screenshots of any error message or In-Game screenshots of what you're experiencing. We'll keep looking until we find a solution.
