What have you done before the problem was there?

I tried to log back in and try again, quit the game and waited and tried again , and still the same thing!

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Quit the game , wait and try to do the mission again!

 

Redo the entire mission

I am unable to complete the mission of the SS Ane , and get the TM Cut ! Do all the steps and nothing happens ! Anyway , I can not arrive at Captain !
