What have you done before the problem was there?

I didnt do anything that break the rules. Today, my account got banned because "Automation software and mass accounts" and I dont know why.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to appeal in the forum but the admin say no although I have enough evidences.

*Mass account

At the moment before my acc got banned, i was using 5 accounts named: iluwth, iluwth1, ..., iluwh4 in blue server. This is break any rule. The rules do not prohibit 1 person have many accounts. 1 for hunting, 1 for farming, 1 for store my money, pokemon.. the others is rarely used.

*Automatic software

The admin said that he saw 3 of my acc playing at the same time(ilu, ilu3, and ilu4). However, when my acc started got ban, only 1 acc is active, this can be proved by capture the last active time of these three acc. When he banned me, iluwth was offline about 15 hour before, iluwth4 was offline about 8hours before. But he still say no without giving me any reason.

Moreover, 1 funny things, this account iluwth1 was not active from 11/5/2015 still got banned too, and iluwth2 just had a Charmander in the start of the adventure has same fate.

What should i do now? Accept? Play new acc and got banned suddenly? Plz some one give me a reason why my accounts is banned. That admin didnt give any evidence. So sad.[/i]

Jesus, i can't even imagine how it is to play on 3/4 accounts at the same time. I mean... i got only 1 account and i always have something to do. There are simply no moments in PRO where u sit and do nothing xd
