What have you done before the problem was there?

I just started up the game and logged in for the first time and I couldn't move.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried relogging and restarting my game. I had no escape rope or anything to use because I just started. Once I was AFK from looking up and came back I could move again, but then when I went to my house after talking to my mom I couldn't move again.

I just started up the game and logged in for the first time and I couldn't move, I tried relogging and restarting my game. I had no escape rope or anything to use because I just started. Once I was AFK from looking up and came back I could move again, but then when I went to my house after talking to my mom I couldn't move again.

 

At this point it seems every time I get to a new place I cannot move. As I just AFK'd again in the upstairs room of the house and when I came back I could move, but now I went downstairs and again cannot move and I'm right at the stairs where you come out..

 

EDIT: Now it seems it's every time I tab out and tab back in again I can move suddenly, so I'm just alt-tabbing every time I get to a new place but this really isn't ideal. I tried making the game windowed but that doesn't help either.

Running in Compatibility Mode didn't fix it and the second one says I'm not authorized to view it.

Yeah that didn't work either, I can still only move when I tab out and back in
