Please make sure to familiarize yourself with Auction Rules. Your auction is illegal due to a lack of a Start Point/Start Price. I highly advise you to make sure you understand the terms as you might have confused Min Bid with Start Price.

That is not allowed. Once an auction starts, it can not be cancelled, no matter if you are fine with the outcome or not.
