Hey, if you want, you can close the case, they've already switched my machine and I can get into the game normally

This laptop is from my job, and I usually use it for gaming. This problem started on Friday the 12th of this month, after 1pm Costa Rica time. It's weird because, like I said, I used to play almost every day. I've already removed all traces of the game from the PC and reinstalled it, but nothing.

It didn't work for me, honestly I don't want to keep bothering, I'll try using a different PC instead

It doesn't give me any option when typing what you told me

It's still the same, I already deleted everything I had and downloaded it again, and it's still the same. The weird thing is that this PC is from my work and the game doesn't run anymore, but at home with my personal one I played normally over the weekend.
