nah it was there for sure. I checked every tm myself and even taught some of them. It only might be outdated then and has been placed somewhere else in the meantime.</r>

Make sure you check the other list of TMs, not the damage-dealing one.<br/>

Although the burn that's the result of using the move does inflict indirect damage, the move itself is categorized as a support move, not a damage move.<br/>

(then again, for whatever reason Rock Smash is there as well, even though it deals direct damage.......)</r>

<t>Nah I checked both lists, even goldenrod. Other players in my guild checked for it as well. None of us had it for sale. Multiple players on the server(blue) that were able to previously buy it said it was missing as well. Not sure what's up with that.</t>

The Fly hm is available by completing the kanto subway quest, just remember Fly doesn't work outside of battles, so you can't use it to fly to different cities.<br/>
