I'm unable to get the email verification in my new device to log in

Hello,

I have verified my new device with 2 different accounts, I got the email instantly and I approved, but when I try to veriry this account, Aleandres, I cannot get the email, I already checked in spam, and I even try to change the email but I don't get any email.

 

I see that the email associated, Julian-ospina@hotmail.es is correct because i use that email in other accounts. Is there something I can do? Thanks!
