I was having a battle with the NPC and then the game crashed.

I'm here for my friend whose nick is Rafaelpf9.

 

He was in Mt. Silver having a battle with a Rocket Grunt after waiting the cooldown time for the battle, and after winning the battle the game crashed and he could'nt even walk, so he logged out and when he come back to the game, he could'nt battle again and the game counted the battle as a loss.

 

He want to know what he can do, because he don't want to wait the cooldown time for a battle that he had won.

Sorry to hear your case, but nothing can do for reset individual, your friend must wait 6 hours cooldown before can beat him again. Sorry for your inconvenience.
