Maskscarin
One Minor update that would help with the general gameplay would be preventing a user from snapping back to the map they were on previously if they accidently walk sideways after entering a new map. For example; If I am on route 1 and I walk north into Veridian City and the second the new map loads up I walk 1 square to the right and step on the "Exit square immediately beside me it will send me back to Route 1. A nice fix for this annoying interaction would be to code the rectangle that represents the "Exit" zone for the map you are currently on to require you to walk out of said rectangle before it will allow you to Head back to the map you just came from. Anyhow this is one interaction that has annoyed me countless times. I'm not sure if it's something you would consider changing as it would be tedious. But this is my suggestion :) You never know what you will find behind the MasK.
