Unfortunately this problem also happened to me :/ As i now have a Lvl 100 false swiping sneasel. A lot of people suggest evolving pokemon at 97 or 98. to help avoid this. Because if the server crashes while your pokemon is leveling up (which happens) You will miss that evolution. Sadly there is nothing that can be done to fix your pokemon :( Look on the bright side, you have an awesome false swiper now !

Dis you test out any of the things in saffron? were you able to use the poke center? challenge the gym? Its almost completely a result of the NPCs glitvhing, so i would imagine it would be Fixed along with the updates to them

Qwillfish can only learn Swords Dance via a Move Tutor. So in PRO he would only be able to get swords dance if they implement a swords dance tutor. I hate to be the bearer of bad news :/ But there is no way for them to restore any missing pokemon :( Hopefully this was a secluded incident - I can only speak from experience and say Luckily its never happened to me. Im sorry for the pokes you lost. If anything i encourage you to make a post in the bug report section to help prevent this from possibly happening again. Aside from that you are unfortunately out of luck.

my team has three level 98s and three level 95s. I highly suggest a high level Gengar and possibly Gyarados. They seem to be the 2 easiest to obtain to help beat the E4. Perhaps you could simply EV train your current team which makes them significantly stronger - Here is a guide for that as well: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=15966 By the sounds of it you have the levels to beat The E4 - EV training may be that edge you need

Also If you are truly stuck - Try to get into any pokemon battle, THen while you are still in the battle, Log out. This will send you back to a Pokemon Center :)
