I understand that you want to spend time with your family during the holidays and New Year, but that time is long over, and I have been waiting for two whole weeks for my name change. I paid €25 and would like to receive the corresponding service. I'm sorry if I seem a bit aggressive, but my patience is really running out. I am hereby requesting the name change once again!
