THE NPC TO CAPTURE GENESECT DOES NOT APPEAR

I had presented a pokemon with 140+ IV before completing 500 hours of play. I won the Volcarona wings, and the congratulatory message from the judge.

After completing 500 hours of play, I returned to the BCC location and similarly the NPC did not appear in the outside area of the BCC.

I did the BCC again and captured another Pokemon with 140+ IV, as shown in the image. I submitted it to the judge, I didn't receive the congratulations for being a poke greater than 140 IV and the NPC still didn't appear in the external area to capture Genesect.

Please, can some Staff help-me?

After catching and submitting any Pokémon within the Bug Catching Area that has 140 or more total IVs, the judge will be impressed and give the player access to the area on the top right corner of the contest hall

Oh, Thanks. I'm looking for the NPC in the wrong place, on the outside of BCC.. Now I can catch GENESECT, a shame about my sync fail lol

I’ll go over what Mysticwind already mentioned.

 

To obtain Genesect, you need to catch and submit a Pokémon with a total IV of 140+ during the Bug Catching Contest. The playtime requirement has been removed.

After submitting the Pokémon, a dialogue from the Judge NPC will trigger, and you’ll gain access to the area in the top-right corner of the Contest Hall. You can bring a sync Pokémon and your false swiper before entering, and you can use any Pokéball to catch Genesect.
