I indeed cannot find any Nature Reroll Ticket but I do see one Reroll Ticket. Would it maybe be possible that you accidentally paid 150 PvP Coins to buy a Reroll Ticket instead of one or two Nature Reroll Ticket? If you are adamant that you really had clicked and bought a Nature Reroll Ticket, please come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance.
