Hi there! Sorry to hear about your problem. Would you be able to attach some pictures of these Pokemon that aren't displaying as Shiny? Some Shiny Pokemon have very little difference to their regular colour, so it could be possible that the Shiny form is displaying correctly.

I look forward to figuring this out for you

Mispelling

Hello again! In the Options tab, there is a section named Compute Shaders. I would recommend deactivating this setting if it is currently active, then check again to see if the sparkling animation is now working as intended. I would like to reassure you that this is not an issue with the Pokemon themselves; it is likely just a problem with the Graphics settings stopping the sparkling effect displaying properly.

Thanks again!

This has been tested already and it has been found to be an issue with the settings and not a client bug. The options Compute Shaders and Frame Buffer Size can cause the sparkling animation to fail to display when adjusted. After testing, it has been found that this can happen to any Shiny sprite when adjusting these settings. The sparkling animation may disappear and reappear when moving around or fail to display at all under certain settings.

Thanks for your patience with this matter.

I'd like to reassure you that this has been tested and is not a bug. Other people can see the shining animation which means it is simply an issue with your settings that is stopping the animation display correctly for you.

I was able to stop the animation from displaying on my own Shiny Pokemon by adjusting my settings. To reverse this, I activated Compute Shaders, set Frame Buffer Size to 2 and restarted the game. After this, the animation displayed correctly again.

I hope this problem doesn't discourage you from playing PRO. I am also a collector. I understand the value of Shiny Pokemon and like to flex them as my follower.

Thanks again.
