  7. Hello there @Oegutech I'm afraid account resets are not something we offer, however there are still options for replaying Kanto story if you wish. Your first option would be to start again on the opposite server using your current account. Another option would be to create a secondary account; players are allowed up to four accounts.   16. Hello there @Pvpking1 Are you still facing these issues? A new item was added in a recent update; Cleansing Wipes. This item removes all forms and chromas from a Legendary Pokemon, restoring it to its base sprite. Have you tried using a Cleansing Wipe, then reapplying your desired Chroma?
