Greetings,

I would like to request your kind support in a case where I sent an in-game mail with attached items to my alternate account. The problem is, my alternate account is in silver server and the other account is in gold server.

My items have gone from the bag and I'm not able to receive them on my alternate account on silver server. I don't happen to have a screenshot but I remember the mail items very well. Kindly find all the details below:

 

Sender name: daddyzard20 (Gold)

Recipient name: daddyzard (Silver)

Title of mail: "items"

Mail Message: "pfa"

Mail Attachments: 4 total - Lapras Mount, Goomy Hat, Samurai Helmet, 23 Rare Candy

Mail Date: 16th February, 2025 

 

Could you please help me retrieve my items on either of my account please.

Hi there! I'm very sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Mails can only be sent to players on the same server I'm afraid. This means that the items were sent to same recipient; Daddyzard, but they are still on the Gold server. Your only option now would be to obtain 4 badges to unlock the Mailbox system on the Daddyzard Gold account to then return them to your main account.
