I have the 300 evolutions and the Jirachi quest is complete and it won't let me continue with this. I went to look for Latias at her supposed locations and apparently there is a bug because  is not anywhere. I went around all the supposed locations twice and it's not there. image.png.4f0150a366801052f6fda52fd4436bee.png
