So I got the nocturnal feather on Rte 16, went to give it to the guy, and didn't have it? Tried using thief and covet on more Pidgeotto on 16 and can't get it? What gives?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about this issue. Could you check if the Pokemon using Thief/Covet is still holding the Nocturnal Feather? When a Pokemon uses one of these moves, the item that the Wild Pokemon was holding will then be held by your Pokemon and not immediately sent to your backpack. Once removed from your Pokemon, you will be able to give it to the NPC from your backpack.
