 Trailblaze’s Simulated Universe: Kartana & Corviknight Tournament 

Hey Trainers!

With the arrival of Gen 9 mechanics and more Pokémon becoming available over time, we’re thrilled to bring you a server-wide tournament with a twist! To ensure equal accessibility, this tournament will take place on Pokémon Showdown, following PRO Rules. But that’s not all—we’re spicing things up! Based on our recent server poll, we’re introducing the fan-favorite Kartana and runner-up Corviknight into the mix!

 

 Format:

Platform: Pokémon Showdown

Battle Format: BO3 (Best of 3)

Rules: PRO Rules but all moves up to Gen9 are accessible

Tier: "National Dex (Gen 9)" (Use Anything Goes since Pokémon like Metagross & Alakazam are banned in standard Showdown formats.)

Kartana and Corviknight: Players are allowed to use both of these Pokemons in this Simulated Universe (Tournament). Both are optional choices open for players to be slotted in teambuilding.

 Prize Pool:
Compete for your share of the 5.0 million prize pool!
1st Place: 3,000,000
2nd Place: 2,000,000

 

 Schedule:
Registration will end in Sunday, 2 March 2025 12:00 PM (GMT+8)
Tournament will end in Sunday, 6 April 2025 12:00 PM (GMT+8) or until a winning player is determined.

 

 Registration Details:
Please register yourself via notifying your Pokemon Showdown Account in #registration (Trailblaze's Discord Server). All participants must register before the event starts, as registrations will close once the tournament begins. Time is limited, so don’t miss out—join our server and register today! Keep an eye out for more information about the event in the coming days!

 Notes:
1. After the registration, participants will be slotted into brackets (randomised) based on number of players available/registered.
2. If there is no definite winners after the set end time, it will be considered nulled.
3. **Post replays** of the showdown battle in #event-submissions and **ping me as evidence**
4. Good sportmanship is encouraged and timely battles should be arranged together with your opponent

 

 Claim Your Rewards:
Remember, it doesn’t matter which guild you’re in or whether you’re on the Gold or Silver - everyone is welcome to participate! However, please note that since Trailblaze is a Silver server guild, if the winning player is from the Gold server, the winning participant is advised to transfer from gold to silver to claim the prize. But don’t worry, we’ll hold onto your prize amount for a little while to give you time to make the journey over!
