I cant go to guild island...

Even though my guild is on top 3

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. I have a few questions.

 

1. When did you join this Guild? You must join 7 days before the end of a PvP season to be eligible for Guild Island access

2. What was your individual rating in Ranked PvP last season and how many games did you play? You would need to have played 10 games and ended the season on at least 10 rating points
