I don't have a problem, i was just wondering if the spawn chances are the same as the games. e.g. on pokemon diamond route 204 Budew has a 25% chance to spawn at morning or day but a 15% chance to spawn at night. Only reason i'm asking this is because when i looked on the wiki it said they were only available during the morning but i found one at ~13:00 poketime. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

The spawn rates in PRO are not the same as the handheld versions. They have been adjusted to increase rarity for an MMO setting.

 

BTW - if you found Budew in viridian forest at 13:00, then this is correct. You can check your Pokedex to see which routes/times Pokémon can be found in PRO.
