Hi, I've been having this issue on blue server with a specific rocket grunt in Mt. Silver.

 

After I defeat him, I get in a locked state as if the dialogue is loading but isn't running, and I can't move or talk to him.

 

Upon relogging, the npc acts like I lost to him and does not move.

 

This is the third time that this specific npc has done this. I talked to a community member yesterday about it and he told me to re-battle him and hope it works, and yet it did it again. I can not progress past this npc because he requires me to beat him and then talk to him afterwards to make him disappear.

Battled him again just now and it still doesn't work. Currently stuck on him, can't move or use any menu's. Server is fine and everyone else is walking around me.

I have same problem. How can I solve it?
